JP, with more than two decades as a long-serving insurance executive, has vast experience providing innovative thought leadership, strategic technical oversight, and realized operational optimization. His career spans across roles in brokers, major specialty carriers, and InsurTech firms. Most recently, he supported the end-to-end insurance ecosystem with enterprise technology and resourcing solutions to reduce cycle times and deliver improved EBITDA.
As Executive Vice President of Product Solutions, JP will work closely with our customers to broaden our technology reach to include solutions uniquely tailored to clients’ needs. His focus will ensure our product portfolio is leveraged to heighten client digital distribution capabilities while simultaneously improving operations to expedite revenue recognition.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and certified Chartered Insurance Operations Professional (CIOP), JP has a wealth of experience in insurance process engineering and technology optimization. Over the years, JP has served on numerous industry committees focused on advancing technology, including the WSIA Insurtech Committee, CIWA Insurtech and Event Committees, and the TMPAA Events Committee. With his deep expertise in insurance product technology solutions, he brings both strategic and real-world experience that will play a key role in advancing mShift’s mission to empower the industry through technology.
