Karen is a seasoned insurance executive with more than two decades of experience leading growth initiatives across commercial lines, InsurTech, and distribution strategy. Her career spans roles with major carriers, brokers, and technology firms, where she has built and executed go-to-market strategies, scaled broker enablement programs, and managed carrier relationships that drive sustained revenue and market expansion.
As Director, Partner Engagement, Karen will focus on strengthening collaboration across mShift’s carrier and broker ecosystem—building programs that enhance connectivity, streamline operations, and expand digital distribution opportunities.
A licensed agent since 2006 and Certified Insurance Counselor since 2010, Karen has a proven track record of fostering partnerships that deliver innovative solutions, simplify processes, and enhance profitability. With deep expertise spanning BOP, Cyber, and Financial Lines, she brings both strategic and hands-on experience that will play a key role in advancing mShift’s mission to empower the insurance industry through tech innovation.
