We’re excited to welcome Marisa Stone, CPRIA, to mShift!
Marisa Stone is an accomplished insurance and InsurTech professional with over a decade of experience supporting distribution growth, broker enablement, and customer success across carrier- and technology-driven organizations. Her career spans broker, carrier, and InsurTech environments, where she has focused on building scalable programs, strengthening partner relationships, and driving adoption of modern insurance solutions.
As Customer Enablement Manager at mShift, Marisa leads customer enablement and adoption initiatives, working closely with brokers and partners to optimize workflows, accelerate platform adoption, and ensure customers realize meaningful value from the mShift Marketplace. Her role bridges strategy and execution, helping clients translate technology capabilities into improved operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining mShift, Marisa served as Central Region Distribution Manager at Anzen, where she built and scaled national broker programs and led strategic growth initiatives across multiple states. She previously supported Chubb’s growth initiatives throughout the Rocky Mountain territory and began her career as a broker, delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to clients. A graduate of the University of Denver and holder of the CPRIA designation, Marisa brings a relationship-driven approach and a deep understanding of the evolving InsurTech landscape, which supports mShift’s mission to empower the insurance industry through technology.
